Micheal is the pastor of First Baptist Church in Icard, where he has served since February 2013. He has previously served in ministry positions in churches in Ellenboro, Bostic, Shelby, Kings Mountain and Taylorsville, NC during his fourteen years of ministry.
Micheal holds a B.A. in Theater Arts from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC, a Master of Christian Ministry from the T. Walter Brashier Graduate School at North Greenville University in Greer, SC. and a Doctorate of Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Dr. Pardue has had the privilege of speaking in more than eighty churches, colleges, and associations across the US and internationally. In November of 2009, he was elected Vice-President of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina’s Pastor’s Conference and to the BSCNC Board of Directors in 2010. In 2013 was elected to the Board’s Executive Committee. On November 11, 2013, he was elected President of the North Carolina Pastors’ Conference for 2015. He was moderator of the Catawba Valley Baptist Association from 2017-2018. November 6, 2018, he was elected First Vice President of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina and reelected in 2019.
Micheal teaches adjunct for North Greenville University, Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Liberty University, and Catawba Valley Community College.
He previously wrote for both the Biblical Recorder and for the Blue Ridge Christian News. He is the author of the six books, including It Shall Not Return Void.
